Interior, Flowers and Parakeets (1924)

This open reproduction lithograph print reproduces Henri Matisse’s 1924 painting Interior, Flowers and Parakeets. A richly decorated room features a wooden table covered with a bright patterned cloth, holding a vase of pink flowers and yellow fruits. Behind it, a golden birdcage with parakeets sits against patterned curtains and walls. The tiled floor leads toward an open doorway revealing another sunlit room with a blue patterned screen. Matisse’s Fauvist influence is evident in the bold contrasts, vibrant colors, and decorative motifs, making this a striking modernist reproduction print.
